Along with the article for the collection of conference materials a registration form is sent to the organizing committee.

Materials are accepted for publication until May 15, 2022.

Scientific articles corresponding to the specialization of the conference and possessing scientific novelty are accepted for publication.

It is not allowed to send already published articles or articles sent for publication to other publications to the organizing committee.

Articles should be typed in the publisher template.

Together with the article, a registration form and a license agreement are sent to the organizing committee.

Article structure (in accordance with IMRAD). The following sections should be highlighted:

1. Introduction;

2. Materials and Methods (Materials and Methods);

3. Results and Discussion;

4. Conclusions;

5. Acknowledgments - optional.

The above sections are required. Within these sections, sub-items can be highlighted and named at the discretion of the authors.
The results presented in the article should be formulated in the form of scientific provisions that clearly define the essence of the contribution to science.

 

The procedure for accepting materials for publication

Before sending an article for translation, you need to send the source material in Russian to the organizing committee. We strongly recommend that you do not translate the article until the end of the review procedure, since in most cases, after it, corrections are made to the work.

The work with articles is carried out according to the following scheme:

1. Registration of the article

2. Checking for uniqueness (originality)

3. Reviewing

4. Translation of the article

5. Concluding an agreement on the registration fee

6. Sending confirmation of the article's acceptance for publication

When the status of an article changes, a message is sent to the corresponding author. A positive result of the uniqueness check (anti-plagiarism) is received by articles with an originality of 75% and higher. Peer review assesses the compliance of the article with the publication requirements and conference topics, the relevance of research

Articles are published in English only. The article should be written in a language understandable to a specialist in the relevant field. Compliance of the English translation with the requirements is done by native speakers and professional translators.

Scientific articles (reports) should contain:

- title;

- information about the authors (surname, initials; place of work, city, country; email address);

- annotation from 100 to 150 words;

- bibliography (minimum number - 8 references besides self-citations, the presence of references to Scopus, Web of Science publications is required).

References to sources used should be in the order of mentioning in the text in the format [1], [2-6], [3, 5, 7]. You should not give links to unpublished articles. Please submit links to Russian-language articles (magazines) that have a translated title in English.

The number of articles that an author can publish in a collection is no more than two.
The number of authors in one article is no more than five.

Payment of the registration fee and transfer (if necessary) is possible from both an individual and a legal entity.
The registration fee must be paid only after the conclusion of the contract for the organization of the publication. Please note that if the registration fee is not received by the due date, your report will not be published.

Dear colleagues, we urge you to make sure that all materials (articles) that you send to the organizing committee of the conference have not been previously published in any publications (including in Russian).
